Well so far there hasn't been an event. Because of major issues at home, we arrived in vegas very late which is totally our fault. But after we got here we've found that the only 3 members who aren't local have shown up.
We get hardly any responses on bulletins and mb posts we make. This is one of the major reasons we were going to cancel the event in the first place.
XO and I have to sided to pack it in and head back to L.A. to continue working like we do every weekend.
For the very few people that showed up(brook,beautiful, itnpoppi909), we thank you for your support and apologize for the extremely poor turnout.
Tanzie... we'll be in touch ma. Vegas is a hop skip from L.A.
For the people are who were waiting for the turnout to be sh*tty... here's your chance to talk sh*t. Enjoy.

So, I'm just making it home from Vegas. I'd like to take a few minutes and address the post. Let me preface that everything I'm going to say is in NO way putting down or to start 'drama' in ANY way. I'm just a member expressing my opinion on the event. First, I'd like to commend both XO and Vanity for taking on the task of planning the event and the work the two of you did in planning the weekend. However, I think where things fell drastically short is when you guys weren't seeing the turn out you anticipated, and therefore you guys kinda just gave up. Its understandable to be discouraged when things like that happen. BUT when you were made aware that there were members who had already made arrangements I would expect the organizers/hosts to still do their duty to organize and host. Yeah, you might not be able to fulfill those commitments to the clubs and venues, but to cancel entirely on your members and bail out.....its not a good look either. I think it was in poor taste to just up and leave. (AGAIN....just my opinion) Be that as it may.....Vegas is a city where one can make the best out of a situation that isn't ideal, and that's what we did. So regardless of whether or not the organizers or any one else sees this Meet & "Skreech" as a flop, I STILL fully enjoyed my much needed vacation with or without the rest of Mocha.
With that being said...I like to say to the organizers of this event any any other future events (Mocha or not) plan for it to be the best, but also be prepare for the worst. And make provisions in the event that the best laid plans fall through.
If the shoe doesn't fit....by all means don't wear it. But if it does....wear that sh*t, and walk the f**k on!

Future Advice: Let the members plan their own M&G. Someone will pop up with an idea that catches on to the members (Mommi is already tryna get it crackin in Denver). If you see plane tickets being purchased and hotel rooms being reserved then you and XO can put your stamp on the trip by showing up with Mocha City fruitbaskets, streamers, a few kazoo's, couple bottles of da Ace of Spade and some club connects.
Sometimes u have to let the masses do the work before you invest the time and resources
